What businesses are asking, and who is buying.

Asking prices from 12,355 live listings asking $1M+ on BizBuySell, where we list our own clients, next to the 8,100+ buyers in our network who told us what they want to acquire. Asking is not sold: most businesses close below the list price, so read these as the top of the range, not the middle.

As of October 29, 2026. Rebuilt from our data before every site update.

Multiples are asking price divided by the cash flow the seller published (SDE or EBITDA, as labelled). We show the middle half of each industry, so a quarter of listings ask more and a quarter ask less. The main columns cover listings asking $1M+ or showing $250K+ in cash flow, the size range we sell; the comparison column is every live listing, Main Street included, where smaller businesses pull the multiples down. Industries with fewer than 10 priced listings show no multiple. Buyer counts are buyers with stated acquisition criteria in that industry; the network total is 8,100+ as of October 6, 2026.
